Whole Beef

Approximately 500lbs hanging carcass weight = approximately 300lbs of finished weight. 

Cost to customer: approximately 500lbs (hanging weight) x $5.50/lb = $2,750 + processing fees (approx. $600), includes steaks.

Any roasts can also be cut into steaks. 

1/2 Beef

Approximately 250lbs hanging carcass weight = approximately 150lbs of finished weight.

Cost to customer: approximately 250lbs (hanging weight) x $5.50/lb = $1,375 + processing fees (approx.$300) 

We require a nonrefundable deposit of $1000 upon all orders with the remaining balance due once animal is dropped off and carcass weight is received from processing plant.  

Your processing fees are paid directly to Forestburg Processing Plant.
